All your product information has been gathered in your BART Catalog (place a link to the appropriate page here). With one click, BART fills in the entire matrix, completely automatically. It's magical! You can't get enough of it.

If you have ever done this filling work yourself by hand, you know the pitfalls of this process :

  • Translating some fields into the required language,
  • Translating your lists of values into those of the distributor (facets)
  • Making the right conversions (business units, metric to imperial...)
  • Formatting the display of the fields according to the client's wishes...

All these long, delicate and tedious operations, where an error can happen quickly, are automatically handled by BART. The user only has to take a look before validating.

Alerts indicate any anomalies that may still exist. The goal: to avoid rejection during integration at the distributor. Zero defects, to save time and customer appreciation.

Distribute and trace the sending of matrices

Stay in control of the situation at all times. Validate and send yourself, or ask BART to take care of the sending itself.

In this case, the supervision can constitute a proof of your good faith, BART becoming a trusted third party.

In all cases, customer matrix completions are tracked in the BART database for all purposes.

For example, it has happened that a leading distributor has lost a completed matrice!

Working with marketplaces is a condensed version of all the above, with the understanding that there are fewer format constraints and that you retain responsibility for the entire IP distribution chain. Including the physical transfers from the IP to the target site.

Bonne évolution de BART™ depuis le début, beaucoup de temps gagné une fois que les formats sont faits et définis. 50 références dans une matrice quelconque me prenaient environ 3h auparavant ; avec BART™ j’en ai pour 5-10 min. Au niveau des visuels c’est encore mieux : Pour 50 références, il me fallait consacrer ½ journée de travail. Avec BART™, le chargement se fait en à peine 2 minutes !

Bien entendu, cela necessite un travail en amont pour enrichir et alimenter l’outil.

BART est une véritable aide au quotidien et nous fait gagner bien du temps !
